Each run consists of this: 30 seconds waiting for them to drop you down, 30 seconds total consisting mostly of running to the next parts, and 30 seconds of blowing up everything that spawns with the bombs. Each run takes 1~2 minutes that way. Leveling a new character makes it a breeze.

Every Recommended Quest gives a chest once per day. This one can have bonus keys, which are for leveling. Also doing dailies and weeklies with lvl50+ character gives you tokyo silver and tokyo gold keys. Bonus keys gives lot of xp, but you have to use them before they expire. You should use your XP and Triboosters before doing them.
